Equipment

  • 1 Espresso machine or coffee maker
  • 1 glass
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 Milk frother or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp sugar or other sweetener (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee) and allow to cool.
  • 1/2 fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled espresso over the ice cubes.
  • Froth the chilled milk.
  • Pour the foamed milk over the coffee.
  • Add the vanilla extract (optional)
  • Add any sweetener (optional)
  • Stir to combine the ingredients.
  • Relax and enjoy!
